More news from Michael and the team
Summer is here – but where’s our parking?
Summer is bearing down on us again, with the longer evenings and warmer days an pleasurable change, especially for those of us who walk our dogs in the early morning.
It is the time to check that flea and worming control is in place as our pets are far more likely to be exposed to these in the warmer months. Also please be aware that as temperatures and humidity rise there is an increased risk of heat stroke – make sure that you always have enough water on longer walks and that you NEVER leave dogs in a car with the windows closed.
… but where is our parking?
Michael has been in constant communication with the Town council, who have approved lifting the double yellow lines to make 4 spaces outside the practice, (three 30 minute no return bays, and one disabled bay), but as usual there is a catch.
There is no funding at this time, and Michael will be attending a planning meeting on June 5th to plead our case.
Watch this space!!!
One year old?
Yes that’s right, believe it or not St Vincents Veterinary Surgery turns one year old on the 18th June 2006. It has been an exciting year for Michael and the team, and we would like to thank everyone who has supported us during this time. The practice has grown from strength to strength, and we are now caring for in excess of 600 animals.
Feel free to drop in anytime
Please feel free to drop by the practice to visit or with any queries you may have. Michael or one of his two qualified nurses Hayley and Kelly will be happy to discuss any aspects of your pet’s healthcare, or any other questions you may have.
